i placed an ad to rent an apartment / house at mudah.com.my yesterday. the place of choice is shaha alam, bukit jelutong and bukit subang. hoping to move in some time in August 2008. ive given notice to 'check-out' from my current house and i have to start looking for a new place. huhu..
i've been living in this taman dagang for the past 4-5 yrs. been driving back and forth to subang jaya, where my office is. everybody says "wahh.. jauhnyer". nahh.. its not that far actually. if you drive via MRR2 and KESAS, it will only take u about 20mins or so. if there's bad traffic, paling lama pun about an hour. but i did experience, worst... hehe. i took me almost 2 hrs to reach home. but this wld happen like... once in 4months? so.. ok la dak. :0
i love my current 'room' that i rent. there's a queen size tilam, a tv, a vcd player, a radio, one 'almari', a table fan and a lamp-shade. hehe. it so cozy and im so into my room. boleh gituh?? most of the time i would be lurking in my room watching tele and surf internet.
this time around i'd want to try to live on my own and hv the whole space to myself. try to get the hang out of it. will i like it? i dont know. we'll see how things go-lah. well, this all depend IF i do get that house / apartment to rent to. huhu..

Pesakit dan bekas penghidap barah payu dara digalakkan sertai pelbagai program bagi kurangkan tekanan
Melihat lenggok penuh gemalai seseorang penari, ada kalanya hati terdetik mampukah kita melakukan sebaik penari berkenaan atau sekurang-kurangnya mengikut setiap langkah walaupun tidak selembut mereka. Hakikatnya, menari bukan saja satu bentuk hiburan, tetapi jika diamalkan setiap hari boleh menjadi rutin senaman yang mampu meningkatkan kecergasan dan kesihatan.
Itulah yang dilakukan sekumpulan wanita yang selama ini tidak pernah terbabit dalam sebarang persembahan tarian, tetapi perubahan hidup dilalui selepas disahkan menghidap barah payu dara menyebabkan mereka melihat dunia dari sudut berlainan.
Sementara itu, bekas pesakit Pride yang menyertai aktiviti Dance with Pride, Long Rubah Uda Nagu 47, berkata aktiviti sebegitu dapat meningkatkan motivasi di kalangan pesakit dan juga bekas pesakit untuk menikmati kehidupan bermutu seperti wanita lain.
“Kebanyakan pesakit termasuk saya yang menghidap penyakit ini pernah beranggapan tiada jalan penyelesaian untuk kembali sihat seperti orang lain. Dengan menyertai program anjuran Pride, sekali gus membuka minda bahawa pesakit tidak terkecuali daripada mengikuti aktiviti luar yang menyeronokkan.
“Aktiviti tarian yang diperkenalkan sesuatu yang menarik dan menyeronokkan. Selain menyegarkan badan, kita juga dapat mempelajari pelbagai langkah tarian yang tidak pernah dicuba sebelum ini,” katanya yang berasal dari Perak.
Long Rubah yang juga pengurus sebuah syarikat swasta berkata, aktiviti berkenaan juga secara tidak langsung mengubah pandangan pesakit yang beranggapan mereka tidak boleh melakukan aktiviti luar.

due to unforseen circumstances..
ive withdrawn from becoming the emcee for that event of a life time. i hv my reasons and its something that i dont want to share it for the moment. its a personal matter.
i knew i was gonna be a bit disappointed with myself. and i did disappoint some of my friends and colleagues too. i guess things happen for a reason.
today was not a good day. pagi-pagi dah dpt berita tak baik. its ok. aku pasrah. its a sad thing and i have to deal with it.
... life sucks but thats what life is all about!

Plus Size / Full-Figured Model wins ANTM Cycle 10
its just so overwhelmed to know that a plussie won the 'in'-famous America's Next Top Model Cycle 10. She's Whitney Thompson from Florida. Age 20, stands at 5'10 and weighs 72kg. huhu...

im just so into her. im not crazy about the rest of the contestants, but whitney has got me going. i've followed her progress since day one. eventho' Tyra and her gangs did not give her much justice during deliberation, but in the end the 'under-dog' won. cool.

again... i was nominated to become the emcee for our biggest corporate event ever. this time around is the launching of our new building in bukit jelutong, shah alam. it is big as the deputy PM will officiate the event. aint it cool? huhu...
it's a huge opportunity for me too as this will be the first time ever in my history of 'emcee-ing'. there will be 600 over guests ranging from the ministers and vvips from the government agencies. im kinda nervous but excited at the same time. everything is in order. i've got my baju melayu sent to tailor at medan mara yesterday. my script is being prepared by the corp comm team.. kewl. all i have to do is rilex, get enough rest, try to look fit and slim, not to freak-out and the most important thing is be myself. i think i'll do just fine.
so.. watch me out on the big screen people. hehe. itu pun if the major TVs came ler uols. huhu. otherwise, i will definitely post the pix here in this very blog.
any tips for me?

i received quite a bad news this morning via e-mail.

Hi sham I do remember you yes. Robert well I don't know. Been about 4 years since I saw him as the advertisement suggests. That was in a city called Leeds in the UK. He did have some money troubles but he was sorting it out.
My parents are fine I'm in my own place now, well I have a room in a shared house. As far as Robert is concerned I don't know he's married with daughter to an Iranian girl girl called Elly. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
