productive sat'day?

i woke up at half 6 this morning. huhu. rather early and full with enthusiasm. i've made a deal with ungku hakimi, my friend here in bkt subang, to jog. yess! both of us have this new 'goal' to keep fit and try to loose some weight. haha. insya'Allah. with the fasting month around the corner, we will achieve what we wanted. totally!

im currently standing at 5'7 and weight about 80kg. i've got to loose at least 10kg and have that slim waist-line again. wahhh...! thats my ultimate goal. im confident that i can do it. ive go to have the 3 Ds - Dedication, Dicipline and Determination. huhu. i've learnt about the 3Ds during the 'team-bonding' at PD. copy-cat la sket. 8-)

again, i will jog and walk tomorrow morning. although there is no tasek or proper track to run, but the surrounding areas are quite user-friendly. the roads here are in good coniditon and not many cars too. that, in a way, serve as the track to all of us here in bkt subang. hehe. lots of people are jogging, walking and cyling. the neighbourhood here is full with young people. so, its kinda fun to be able to 'participate' as part of the community. bole gituh statement? :-)

while typing this, im watching athletic event at the Olympic Beijing 2008. still waiting for the 100 meter men final to start. im rooting for Usain Bolt of Jamaica. i bet he's gonna break the world-record of 9.72s. he just finished with the time 9.85s during the semi-final. cant wait! hehe..

.. and of course, tomorrow evening at 6.30pm, dont forget to watch Lee Chong Wei in the badminton - men single final. hope he wins! MALAYSA BOLEH! ;-)

kak long had participated in the Avon Walk Around The World for Breast Cancer (WAWBC) last sunday. i totally forgot about this. like dugh! what a brother kan? huhu. cool stuff kak long. way to go! really proud of ya.

the walk has managed to raised up to RM50K. just awesome. i should've participated-lah. show some moral support to kak long kan? now i feel bad. ;-(

PROGRAM Avon berjalan beramai-ramai di seluruh dunia demi barah payu dara atau Avon Walk Around The World for Breast Cancer (WAWBC) yang berlangsung di Taman Tasik Titiwangsa 10 Ogos lalu berjaya meraih kutipan bersih bernilai RM50,000. Hasil kutipan berkenaan akan disalurkan kepada Yayasan Pride (Pink Ribbon Deeds), bagi digunakan untuk membeli coli prothesis bagi pesakit dan bekas pesakit barah khususnya mereka yang menjalani pembedahan mastektomi atau radikal lumpektomi.

Dianjurkan jenama kosmetik terkenal, Avon Malaysia, WAWBC disambut meriah oleh 5,000 peserta berpakaian kemeja-T merah jambu tajaan Reebok yang berkumpul di perkarangan tasik seawal 6.30 pagi. Acara berjalan dirasmikan oleh Menteri Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat, Datuk Dr Ng Yen Yen tepat jam 8 pagi sambil membawa pelbagai sepanduk bermesej seperti ‘barah bukan hukuman bunuh’, ‘saya selamat daripada barah’ dan ‘saya berjalan demi rakyat Malaysia’.

plastic surgery (viewer discretion is advised)

at home. watching tele. tune in to ch733. its about plastic surgery. obviously the show is all about american (US n A) people. like dugh! they're just not content with the way they are. some do need the surgery as they have excess skin due to weight loss. these people have to tighten loose skin. i've no objection to that.

to some, plastic surgery is definitely not necessary. nose job, breast implant, breast lift, cheek implant, liposuction, tummy tuck etc. then again, its their money and they can do whatever they wish to do to their bodies-lah! huhu. but american surgeons did a really great job, i would say. after the surgery these people look absolutely fantastic. they look awesome and different. the doctor 'creation' is unbelieveable. hehe.

plastic surgery is a NO-NO to me. heh! i dont think we have many certified cosmetic plastic surgeons here in Malaysia kan? so, to those yang 'berangan' nak buat pembedahan plastik itew, good luck to you-lah. just find yourself that certified doctors who specialise in cosmetic surgery procedures.

while watching the show, i know that im gonna have to change my lifestyle. from now on im gonna start to eat better and lead a healthier life. exercise is the most important. i want to improve my life to better fitness. this is my GOAL! huhu.

can i do it? YESSSSS! anybody with me?

empty and i am singing

i know ive been a bit too mallow this week. huhu. empty (by CLICK FIVE) is another song that i'd listen to over again. dont ask me why. i just love listening to it. i guess the melody is nice and catchy, and that i could sing along with 'em. hehe.

i havent been to karaoke for quite a while now. i think i should go-lah one of these days. jom! sapa nak ikut? hehe. im not much of a singer but my closest frens say that i do have that talent of singing. do i? emm. i guess i can sing lah but not that good. my parents can sing. my other siblings can sing too. but my little sister, suzie is definitely a singer. she always in and out of the karaoke box and singing competitions. hehe. as a matter of fact, she did a back-up for ning baizura's song 'dikau' from the erti pertemuan album. that was quite an achivement actually. so proud of her. but singing is just a hobby. becoming a singer is not priority. she's currently working as a journalist in NST. i think she loves what she's doing cos she gets to travel a lot. she's been to almost every part of the world. mencik! .. but good for her-lah.



basically, singing runs in my family. i love to sing, especially while im in a shower and in my car. i love to dance too. huhu. anyone up for clubbin' next weekend?
