pizza vs satay

yesterday, i had my iftar at this place called 'pizza vs satay' at usj9 taipan with frens aka colleagues. there were the four of us - me, hisham, jue & hasni. pj was supposed to join us but his baby girl was admitted so he had to cancel the appointment. pj, hope ur baby girl is OK. insya'Allah.

nways, we headed on to pizza vs satay at about 6-ish. hasni drove us there. cheers girl. when we arrived, we thot the place gonna be packed but nope. only few tables were reserved. the rest were empty. huhu. bagus jgk ler cos the cafe is quite small and i can imagine if its crowded. to move about to the buffet counter wld be quite a hassle. hehe.

they have a ramadhan buffet at rm35 nett (i think..). frankly, the food here is nothing to shout about-lah. but the ambience is pretty nice and cozy. i kinda like it. the menus were from nasik lemak, satay to all that local cuisines. there's a bit of western food going on too like pizzas, pastas, grilled platter and etc. we're (me, hisham + jue) supposed to treat hasni last nite but jue decided to belanja sumer. yesss! thanks jue. next time it'd be my treat plak yek. ;-)

we left pizza and satay about 830-ish and hasni drove us back to office. took my car and headed on to subang parade to fetch ejam. he had his iftar at jom bali and ordered nasik lemak. he didnt like it. huhu. whatever la dude...!

we reached BS at 9-ish and just lepak and catching up stuff. we didnt see each other for weeks. so there's plenty to talk about. yess! finally i have a visitor. haha. its good to have a fren coming to your house. im just so happy. i'll try my best to be a good host. huhu.

so today, saturday, 13-sep-08, we're gonna do some stuff. few frens are suppose to come by for iftar at my place. we'll see about that. they better be cos i have bought additional 'dinner-set' just for 'em. hehe. me and ejam might go to IKEA later this afternoon and then we'd be hopping from one bazar ramdhan to another. try to find that 'perfect' dishes for berbuka. yeahh right... ! i bet by the time we get back to BS, we'd be flat knackered. 8-)
