lets work-out

its been ages, me without exercise and working-out. well, not to say that i do much of working-out, gym and stuff.. but i did jog ... a bit (at least) for the past months with my best buddy e***. we normally go to tasek permaisuri. we wld start as early as 6.30am and finish off at about 9-ish. selalunya jogging dlm 1 and a half round (lapse), or klu larat... maybe 2 lapses... or going 2 and a half. but never 3... huhu. believe me, i tried... but im just not there. at least not yet...!

so after raya nih, rasa bdn mcm tak berapa nak sihat. i've stuffed almost everything in my mouth - daging, ayam, gula, garam, masam, pahit, manis, kelat.. you name it. suma-nyer taruk (bak kata shiba - my hsemate!). skang ni have to start all over again. aku tak lah gemok sgt (chewah...) sederhana saja. standing at 5'7, weighing 79-80kg. some people said its an ideal weight but nahh.. i dont think so. kena reduce lagi. my best weight should be 75kg. cos dulu... beberapa purnama yg sudeh (!), i weight between 73-75kg. masa tuh saiz seluar pun 32-33cm. best sgt. but lately nih... perhaps its the AGE factor??? .. dah tua ke aku ek?

talking about jogging kat tasek permaisuri nih... mmg besh. ramai sgt org. dari baby yg masih dlm stroller (a pushchair for babies) hingga lah ke golden girls/boys. everybody seems like crazy trying to lead a healthy life... which is good. there are groups of guys whould wld jog in a group. they are fast and they cld last up to at least 10 lapses. wow! ada yg menari, ber-yoga, tai-chi, senamrobik and even those who are just out for a stroll. MALAYSIA CERGAS!

i want to be part of them. so, this sat'day... jom kita jog sama-sama kat tasek permaisuri nak? jgn lupa pakai pakaian sukan, kasut jogging yg bersesuaian and dont forget sebotol air minuman. you wont regret it...
