dearest slie

i left office about 6:45-ish last nite. while i was stucked in a traffic jam in front of summit, i got a call from slie. slie is my dearest friend whom i hardly see nowadays. he is my ex-colleague. he left the company in 2003 as he wanted to become a financial consultant aka unit trust. hehe. anways, last nite he was at TTDI jaya so i asked him to come down to BS.

it took him quite a while to reach BS. i dont really know what happen. i already given him a clear direction, the land-marks and the right routes to take from TTDI jaya to BS. but still he failed. haha. sudahnya, i had to ask him to stop somewhere (at mesjid subang permai) and met him there. argghh. it took him almost an hour just twirlling around the area and he couldnt even find all the landmarks that i mentioned. like dughh. hehe. cian dia. by the time we reached BS, its almost 9:00-ish.

its good to see him again. we guffed and catching up stuff the whole nite. i had fun. its like having a 'slumber' party la plak. haha. slie has been thru' quite a lot after he quit his job. to become a financial consultant is not easy as it looks. there's ups and downs along the way. but now he's back on his feet with a vengeance. huhu. good for him!

hairspray

me, aj and mus watched hairspray after that lovely lunch cooked by aj. thanks aj once again, for that super-licious meal. altho' its a bit masin but i still enjoyed it. huhu.

did i like the movie? it was OK-lah. basically, musical-movie is just not my thing. but in this case, i find it interesting. the story line is simple. its all about retro, the 60's, white and black, racist issue and how they deal with it. the dance choreography was fantastic, the props were awesome and the songs were fun too. hehe.

funny ey... cos hairspray was in cinema in July last year and its over a year now. yet i only saw it yesterday. 8-)

*i'd give 3.5 stars for hairspray*

my superb weekend

a great weekend indeed. full with colours, fun, laughter, sadness, drama, D.I.V.A., feast galore, travel and living, harry porter 'at plaza pheonix' (errrk??) and most importantly i spent all the above with my beloved frens. huhu. i had the best time of my life - totally!

... but now im kinda 'dizzy', 'lazy' and feeling a bit 'tired' at my sweet-ole-desk in the office. its rather quiet this morning. i guess some of my colleagues are still on leave. good for 'em. i wish i had taken a day off today and be less miserable. like dughh! *sigh...*

apa-apa pun, im still happy to be at work. there's loads to do and i might as well pump-up that energy and show some enthusiasm. hehe.

dream girls & father figure

i did mention about that three ex-girl frens of mine (bole gituh?) in "my dear facebook" entry and here they are. huhu.

riza with her hubby (hasnul - wazzup dude?) and their two Galohs. ahhhh. riza is the 'mak-datin' type. always looking good and suka sgt 'mantain'. jgn marah taw. i love to crack some stupid guffs with her. if you happened to bump into us, you'd definitely see us laughing and giggling out of nothing. she's fun to be with and i kinda miss that.

effa with her kids. happily married and she's a good fren of riza. i think they went to the same school or somethin'. like i care! haha. effa is more rilex and lay-back type of person. she's just friendly and awesome.

fiza - if you watched Denise Richards - "its complicated", she's all that. haha. no lah. im just kidding. fiza is like my little sister. she's so manja, fragile and nakal. i still remember that complicated love story of hers, and thank GOD she didnt end up marrying that 'cheeky-bugger'. huhu. i bet she's really happy now with her hubby and kids.

yup, there's a lot of catching up to do with these three ladies and im really looking forward to that. just like the good-old-days.

lunch... or not to lunch

its almost 1pm and everybody has gathered in level 6 pantry for 'lunch'. its a pot-luck thingy and most of the 'kakak-kakak' here chipped-in and brought some lauk-pauks to the office. huhu.

but somehow, i have to hi-lite this. hehe. the pot-luck thingy was planned for only a group of people (including me) and was not broadcasted to the whole dept. this in a way has upset some of 'em. which i think is a bit ridiculous and 'doris' aka bodoh. dont you think so? if i were 'uninvited' to such a small 'makan-makan', so what? no big deal-lah. anways, the makan place was at pantry (tingkat 6) and not at some exclusive cafe or restaurant pun. arghh. macam budak-budak kan? *sigh...*

some people are so over-sensitive and appalling? sentap!!!
