MACMILLAN English DICTIONARY explains that the word 'harsh' could mean :
1. difficult to live in
2. about actions / words
3. about sounds / lights etc.
4. facts: unpleasant & true
5. substances: damaging
what i had experienced this morning falls under no (2).
i could be 'harsh' too... sometimes.
